Trinity Academy Whitehill underwent a comprehensive refurbishment of its Early Years facilities to create modern, welcoming and practical learning spaces for pupils and staff. The project incorporated extensive internal alterations and refurbishment works, including structural modifications, new windows and external cladding, internal partitions, ceilings, flooring, joinery, sanitary facilities, kitchens and associated mechanical and electrical installations. The works were carefully planned around the school calendar, with initial activities undertaken while the academy remained operational before the main refurbishment programme progressed during the summer holiday period. Safeguarding, site segregation and close coordination with the academy were key considerations throughout.

The completed scheme has transformed the existing accommodation into bright, contemporary learning environments and demonstrates our experience in successfully delivering complex refurbishment projects within the education sector.

The academy team were extremely pleased with the planning and execution of the works and commented particularly on the superb standard of finish achieved throughout. The project was successfully completed on programme, ready for pupils and staff to return following the summer holidays, and delivered within the agreed budget.
