The development at 12A-12B Peascod Street in Windsor transformed an existing property into a vibrant mixed-use scheme combining ground-floor retail with five new residential apartments above, following full planning permission for demolition of an existing first-floor maisonette and redevelopment. Our project team managed enabling works, structural modifications, and fit-out from ground level up, coordinating closely with heritage and conservation officers to respect the surrounding conservation area and nearby listed buildings. The result delivers attractively modern apartments while retaining a high-profile retail frontage on one of Windsor’s prime pedestrianised shopping streets, demonstrating our expertise in sensitive city-centre, mixed-use development projects.
