We delivered a rear extension to the M&S Food unit at St Michael’s Retail Park, Ripon, enabling the client to expand operations into an adjacent unit. The project involved the installation of a new steel frame and external cladding, along with structural modifications to integrate the extension with the existing building, ensuring a seamless and functional expansion to support M&S’s operational requirements.
