We carried out the conversion of the former bank vaults two floors beneath Hotel Gotham on King Street into Gilt, a luxurious underground speakeasy and events venue. Working within the historic vaulted structure, our team sensitively reinstated original tiling and architectural features, while installing modern M&E systems to support high‑spec hospitality use. The finishes are exceptional — including bespoke Art Deco wallcoverings created in collaboration with The Squid Inc and Muraspec, inspired by 1920s Berlin cabarets. The transformation delivered a glamorous, atmospheric space that has been greatly praised by Hotel Gotham’s owners and guests and reflects our commitment to marrying heritage preservation with premium construction quality.
